Great times everyone?

Trifecta - For the weekend challenge we're asking for exactly thirty-three words written in first person narrative. Have fun with it and we'll meet you back here on 3/3!

Winston is a Chaplain. He challenges Scripture to see if is true. He stopped leaning on his understanding. Now he does not know anything. He does not interfere or questions. Great times everyone?

  1. I think I know where you are going with this - since Chaplain Winston is your name . . . but, written like this it is in 3rd person.

    A few changes would make it 1st person: ie: "I am Chaplain Winston . . . . I challenge . . . "

etc. Good stuff and welcome to the challenge.

    1. Thanks a lot. I am exposed to many writing talents. I never was able to write until I was over 50 years of age. I became a Community Public Speaker at 55 years of age. The only English formal Education I have I learned is from Kaplan Online University as a communication major as of late. I obtained a degree in Biblical Study's and Theology in 1993.

Imagine, someone with my lack of qualifications had a brain dump that lasted 3 years! Thousands of lines of lines later I put them in 12 books. Books? Like this writing my books only contain thoughts. I contribute my thoughts over several venues on the Internet without English perfection. I hope they communicate my thoughts.

    2. Chaplain is my Title. I took a 7 week extended unit of Clinical Pastoral Education. The Chaplain hired me for over 3 years. I am a Pastor with a Ministry of Helps.

  3. I like this! It's making me stop and think. I tend to lean on my understanding more than I should, instead of challenging what I believe to be true. Thanks for putting so much thought into those 33 words!
